Quatro has recently partnered with a robotic company to fabricate the inner and outer arms for a robot that is specifically designed for high-speed manufacturing, packaging, material handling and assembly. The robotic arms are bladder-molded and assembled under very tight tolerances to achieve the maximum performance and speed required by the industry.
Quatro’s specific wind-energy processes have established cost-of-energy improvement by using a High Compression Bladder Molding Prepeg Process (HCBMP) for wind blades less than 10 feet in length and demonstrate improvement of rotor blade design for increased energy capture.
