TEC INDUSTRIES IS INTRODUCING
A NEW CORPORATE LOGO AND IDENTITY

July 25, 2006 (Orange City, IA) - Tec Industries, LLC, a manufacturer of carbon fiber composite-based products, based in Orange City, Iowa, is introducing a new corporate logo and identity (Shown above). Commencing July 31, 2006, Tec Industries will be developing and marketing the carbon fiber composite segment of its business in its Quatro Composites division. Quatro Composites will maintain its Engineering and Technology center in Poway, CA. The operational changes are focused on solidifying the identity of Quatro Composites in the carbon fiber composite industry and providing flexibility for development of future product lines and potential acquisitions by Tec Industries. Customers, suppliers and all others are advised that the carbon fiber composite business will now be identified as Quatro Composites, a division of Tec Industries, LLC.

Launched in late 2004, Tec Industries has increased its position in the carbon fiber composites field by providing products for medical, aerospace, military and defense, automotive, sports and recreation and wind energy. Tec purchased Quatro Composites, based in Poway, California, in August 2005. Quatro specialized in engineering and product development that uses carbon fiber composites and brought Tec Industries access to several new industries and markets. To date, Tec Industries employs 49 full-time employees and is looking to expand their 18,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Orange City.
