December 10, 2007 (Orange City, IA) - Quatro Composites, a manufacturer of carbon fiber
composite-based products, is pleased to announce the addition to three new employees –
Mary Kummerfeld, Michelle Kelderman, and Eric Jonker – to it’s team of composite
professionals.

As the Senior Buyer, Mary Kummerfeld will be in charge of all procurement duties for
both Quatro Composites located in Orange City, IA and Poway, CA. Ms. Kummerfeld
earned a B.A. in Applied Design from Northwestern College in May 2005, graduating
with faculty honors. Her previous work includes experience as a Special Order Buyer for
American Identity, and as a Design Assistant with one of Australia's premier clothing
designers, Carla Zampatti.

As the Customer Service Representative / Accounts Payable / Office
Administrator, Michelle Kelderman will assist Quatro Composites' Customers, Suppliers,
and Employees with their requests. Ms. Kelderman, an honor graduate of Worthington
College and Who's Who Among American High School and College Students, brings
extensive business, accounting, and sales experience to Quatro Composites. She was
employed at Legend Marketing as a Sales Representative prior to joining Quatro
Composites. Before that, she worked at CIVCO (MEDTEC) as a Sales
Representative and Norwest Bank as a Personal Banker.

As the Tooling/CNC Specialist, Eric Jonker will work with Production and Engineering
to design and create programs for tooling (molds), fixtures, or other devices needed to
support in-house or customer needs at the Orange City facility. The emphasis will be on
development projects in support of both company facilities. Mr. Jonker graduated from
NCC in Sheldon, IA with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computerized
Manufacturing in July 2007.

Quatro Composites, a division of Tec Industries L.L.C, is an Iowa-based advanced composite manufacturer specializing in carbon fiber applications. Quatro manufactures and engineers products for the aerospace, medical, military & defense, sports and recreation, automotive and wind energy markets. The business operates in two locations, Orange City, Iowa, (Headquarters, Manufacturing & Distribution) and Poway, California (Manufacturing & Technical Development Center).
