Quatro Composites is
a composite component developer and manufacturer providing composite
products to the aerospace and medical industries. The development
center based in Poway, CA is
currently seeking a new team member to lead and execute the planning
and scheduling administrative activities for a group of development
engineers and technicians in a fast paced, multiple project environment.
The
successful candidate will support the program management team to
prepare and maintain schedules to meet contractual/project
requirements. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure
that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Collect,
analyze, and summarize information and trends utilizing program
management software. Coordinate cross-functional development of
project plans and communicate with team members to fulfill project
requirements. Maintain records and data for multiple projects and
programs. In addition to the primary scheduling and planning duties
some administrative duties will also be included. These will include
file system management and light reception coverage.
Position and Candidate Requirements:
• Experience working in an AS9100 controlled engineering environment
•
MS Project experience with preference given to
candidates with 2-4 years experience in MS Project. Expertise
will need to be demonstrated
o Abilities must include cross-linking separate projects and managing an integrated multi-leveled project
o Responsible for creating, and maintaining multiple project schedules o Development of MS Project templates o
Project updates, analysis of Critical Path, Cost, Scope, and
Resource impacts, and ensuring accuracy of project reports
• Multiple project management, scheduling and office administration experience • Ability to manage and facilitate task completion within scheduled timelines • Facilitate communication with team members regarding scheduled projects and activities • Lead project meetings; manage and publish meeting results, actions, and milestones • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR)
