Composite Engineer

Candidate will be responsible for manufacturing process development, documentation and implementation for composite products produced for the aerospace and medical industries.  Candidate must be highly self-motivated with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership skills, along with process development, process improvement, problem solving, and failure analysis abilities. Autoclave experience preferred. Candidate must have a hands-on approach and work well in a team-oriented environment.
 
Candidate will have at least 3 years of experience (5+ years preferred) in composite materials, design and manufacturing, particularly forming and autoclave curing of prepreg materials. Solidworks or other design or analysis software a plus.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.  BS in Chemical, Mechanical or Composites Engineering preferred but not required.  Must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident (ITAR).
