Tec Industries L.L.C, an Iowa based limited liability company conducts business as a composite product manufacturer specializing in carbon fiber applications. With the purchase of Quatro Composites in August 2005, Tec continues to evolve as a preeminent carbon composite corporation in North America through internal growth and acquisition. The business operates in two locations, Orange City, Iowa and Poway, California. Commencing July 31, 2006, customers, suppliers and all others are advised that the carbon fiber composite business will now be identified as Quatro Composites, a division of Tec Industries, LLC.
